MARCH 2017

Project Blueprint is a service that involves a Logi Analytics solution architect that will work with you to quickly and thoroughly determine the scope and nature of your intended BI application. Through a highly structured agenda, an application architect will lead a series of detailed discovery sessions to understand and capture business and technical requirements, priorities, and constraints for the project.

Your architect will analyze these findings and create a project scope and definition that can be used to build your BI application. The deliverables are a formal presentation and a recommended approach document consisting of specific, best practices-based recommendations to tackle your BI initiative.

Project Blueprint

  • Assistance getting started with a brand new BI project or new BI initiatives
  • Evaluating a current BI Project to ensure it is on track
  • Providing a retrospective on a completed project and identifying areas for improvement

  • Project Blueprint delivers a comprehensive document detailing your project requirements and providing a solution architecture. Requirements elicitation is typically carried out with 2-3 days onsite, followed by a presentation of the Blueprint document. Scheduling is subject to resource availability.
