We’re gearing up for the 2019 Logi Conference. In just over a week, hundreds of Logi users will convene in Washington, DC for two full days of learning and networking with peers in the community. From training, to parties, to keynotes, to swag, we have a lot packed in! Here are some tips to help you make the most of your time here.
Sessions & Content
We’ll have more than 20 hours of technical sessions and training where you can learn from other Logi developers and gather ideas to apply to your use case. In last year’s post-event survey, 97 percent of attendees said they learned something new that improved a current project. Explore the detailed Logi conference program to plan which sessions you’ll attend.
Besides content, we’ll have multiple fun networking opportunities including:
- Pre-party at Blackfinn Ameripub – casual meetup over drinks and appetizers the night before the conference
- Scavenger hunt – collect buttons throughout the conference for the chance to win a VR Headset, Nintendo Switch, or Atari Console
- Logi Bash – celebrate over foosball, dim sum, and a killer playlist!
The Ronald Reagan Building is at 1300 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC 20004 on top of the Federal Triangle Metro station (Orange, Silver & Blue lines).
There are six major pedestrian entrances to the building: 14th Street, 13 1/2 Street, Pennsylvania Avenue, Moynihan Plaza, Woodrow Wilson Plaza, and Metro level. Since it’s a federal building, you’ll have to pass through security to enter and present a photo ID (don’t forget it in your hotel room!).
This is a big building. Count on needing 15 minutes to find registration in the Amphitheater Foyer.
The Reagan Building has the largest parking garage in America. It’s accessible via an entrance at 13 1/2 Street off Pennsylvania Avenue and two entrances on 14th Street. Valet is free, and highly encouraged. Please note: If you park at the Reagan, federal security will scan your car.
We can’t wait to see you at the event! If any questions come up beforehand, don’t hesitate to email us at [email protected].
