Get Amped! Why We’re Counting Down the Seconds to #Logi16

This week, for the first time in eight years, hundreds of Logi users will gather in one place. Our #Logi16 User Conference in Washington, D.C., is bringing together Logi customers from around the world to exchange best practices, learn from Logi experts, and share real-world innovations.

“I have literally been looking forward to this for four years,” said Brian Brinkmann, Logi’s VP of Product. “We’re going to bring people together and great things are going to happen. I’m excited about the energy and the ideas that are going to come out of it.”

We can’t wait to see what happens when tons of brilliant Logi users get together. It’s an opportunity not just for people to share tips and learn from each other, but to also feel a true sense of community among people who are delivering analytics and moving the needle.

“There’s often not a lot of glamour to creating operational analytics that help people, because it’s such a behind-the-scenes role,” said Shelby Dawirs, Logi’s Director of Corporate Campaigns. “This is an opportunity to see how meaningful this work is. These people are incredibly smart and often deeply underappreciated, but they know how cool the work they’re doing is. We can’t wait to give them a platform to connect and learn from each other.”

#Logi16 is a culmination of over two years of focus on the Logi customer experience. Over the past few years, the Logi team has turned more attention to the overall customer experience—setting up monthly user groups, establishing a robust technical support and assistance program, offering more training, surveying our users to make sure we’re meeting their needs, and, in general, helping our customers be better at their jobs. We’re thrilled to have seen such a wonderful response from our customers.

“The reception has been awesome. Existing customers are very enthusiastic, and even more exciting has been working with newer customers. They’re thrilled to death to know that we have this conference, and for a lot of those customers this will be their first real introduction to Logi. I think it’s going to be a great one,” said Brinkmann

As excited as we are to connect our customers and help everyone meet their peers, we’re equally thrilled to be able to talk to them ourselves.

“I’m most looking forward to having face-to-face meetings with so many people who have been using the product for so long,” said Steven Schneider, Logi’s CEO. “I don’t always get to meet a lot of the advocates and understand what they advocate about, what they like and what they don’t like. For me, it’s about feedback.”

The buzz at Logi is reaching a boiling point—and we’re feeling like Kermit the Frog after an awesome show.
