McLean, Virginia – December 5, 2012 – LogiXML, the pioneer of web-based business intelligence (BI), today announced that Century Lending Company used Logi Info to deliver analytic capabilities within its loan tracking system, Fusion, and to automate business processes with vendors and loan servicers, resulting in increased operational efficiency and reduced IT spending.
“We initially chose LogiXML because its architecture enabled us to quickly build applications in a single development environment using any data source and issue reports in a matter of minutes,” said Josh Eller, vice president of information technology, Century Lending Company. “It wasn’t long after we started using Logi Info that we found we could extend it to solve multiple challenges across our business, and ultimately save on resources.”
In addition to analytics and reporting, Century Lending leveraged Logi Info to build and automate a process for ordering flood certifications for their properties, which are completed by a separate vendor. The Logi Info application feeds the necessary data to the vendor, and then receives an XML document back, where it extracts the data and saves it in the Fusion database. They also used Logi Info to build an application that pushes completed loan data out to third-party loan servicers with the click of a button. This used to be done manually. In addition, Century Lending used Logi Info to build a document repository, similar to a document management system, which enables their users to upload and track loan information.
“Logi Info enables organizations to deploy a variety of information-driven web applications to deliver key information to users,” said Brett Jackson, CEO, LogiXML. “Like many of our customers, Century Lending has leveraged Logi Info beyond its original intent to meet a number of additional needs.”
Eller continued, “I see Logi Info as multiple additional employees. It has been critical to helping Century Lending do more with less. I’m certain we could not have been able to serve a growing business with the same size IT staff without Logi Info.”
