Hotel Accommodations

Accessibility

  • The Logi 2019 Conference is at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center. Registration, sessions, and meals will take place in the Concourse level of the building. 
  • You can access the Concourse level from the main lobby by escalator or elevator. Rooms feature smooth flooring at entrances and exits.
  • Some sessions will be held in the Amphitheater, which features ADA-accessible seating in the last row. A ramp is accessible to seating closer to the stage.
  • The only event not held in the Concourse is the Logi Bash party, which takes place in the Pavilion on the second floor. To access the Pavilion, follow signs in the main lobby to elevator #7. This is the only elevator that will go to the second floor.

Transportation

  • The Ronald Reagan Building is connected to the Federal Triangle Metro Station (Orange/Blue/Silver lines) by a covered passageway.
  • The Metro Center Station (Red line) is just two blocks away.

Parking

  • The Ronald Reagan Building offers public parking in an underground garage, which is open 24 hours. It is accessible via an entrance at 13 1/2 Street off Pennsylvania Avenue and two entrances on 14th Street.
  • Since this is a federal government building, you will be required to open your trunk for security upon entering the garage.
